Feeling worrisomely tired today, and I’m concerned I might have overdone it training-wise these last few weeks. The last few days of training have felt like hot garbage; even though I did manage to make my way up the world’s steepest street today, it took way more out of me than it should have.
Once you’re overtrained, it’s hard to come back from it without weeks of rest—which is never a good thing when it comes to your fitness. I need to make sure I take care of myself the next few days, even if it means moving up my off week a week early.
